Use this link to download our Membership Application. Fill out the form on your computer and then print it, or print the form and complete it on paper.

Please send or deliver the completed form, along with your membership fee, to: Bellingham At Home, 315 Halleck Street, Bellingham WA 98225.

After we receive your completed application and payment, a volunteer from our Membership Committee will contact you to schedule an initial welcome visit and interview in your home. After the visit and interview, the Membership Committee will complete the application process and will notify you when your membership status is confirmed.
